Changes to Timetables, Courses, Programs and
Other Information
Timetables
Classes in post-secondary college programs
usually take place between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. The college follows timetables
as closely as possible. However, unplanned events do happen and sometimes
the schedule has to change.
Early closing on long weekends
College services will close at 3:30 p.m. on Fridays before long weekends
(when statutory holidays fall on Mondays).
Program cancellation policy
The college may change or cancel a program or course when the enrolment
is low or opportunities for graduates are few. When cancelling a program,
the College allows enrolled students to complete it within the normal
completion time. In rare cases, the College cannot extend the program.
When this happens, arrangements are made for students to complete the
program at another college.
Changes to other information
This Web site and the program guides are like a snapshot in time. The
policies and procedures are current at the time of publication, but may
change throughout the year. The College will not be held liable in any
material way for difficulties created by required changes to any policies,
courses or programs.
Course Guide Accuracy
The information in the course guides was accurate at the time of publication
but may change throughout the year. The College reserves the right to
change, without notice, any information appearing in the course guides.
Course and program descriptions are provided as
a matter of general information; however, students are cautioned that
actual course content, length, location, types of instruction, books and

be held liable in any material way for difficulties created by changes
to published information. The College reserves the right to cancel courses
for which there is insufficient enrolment.
The College reserves the right to alter fees and
other charges described in this site and to impose from time to time additional
regulations, policies or conditions as required. This includes, but is
not limited to, admission standards and prerequisites, promotion and graduation
requirements, and conditions for continuation of study.
